I investigated the Colombian chapter with journalists Pilar Cuartas, Alexander Marín y CarlosEduardo Huertas. My main finding was the link to an offshore society of former President JuanManuel Santos, former minister Gabriel Silva and former president Cesar Gaviria’s wife and son, former representative Simón Gaviria.
